Any job over $500 will require 50% down and 50% at completion of work
All recommendations need to be followed on invoices, or it may void service warranty.
All new installs come with 10-year equipment warranty from the factory and 1 year labor warranty from Sandoval Cooling Inc.
Once a technician is in route to your home you will receive a text message notification to allow ample time to put away any pets.
Someone over the age of 18 must be present for repairs
All condensate drain lines have 1 week warranty

If you are waiting for a new compressor or new unit, the warranty companies supply major parts we supply the labor. Check in with your home warranty provider.
